Over 6,000 pantries and agencies receive food from CAFB’s member food bank network. These local partners – consisting of schools, churches, and community and senior centers – play a key role in distributing food directly to those in need. If your organization is interested in receiving food from your local food bank, please contact them to begin the partnership process.
Food banks can have different requirements for selecting their local partners. Some may require an organization to have a food distribution program already in place, while others may currently be unable to accept new agency applications due to inventory and logistical limitations.
While CAFB does not distribute food directly to pantries or agencies, its member food banks do. For more information about how your organization can receive food, please reach out to your local food bank. You can use our Food Bank Finder to connect with the food bank nearest you
