Stephanie Nishio joined CAFB in 2010 as the Director of Programs. Previously, Stephanie managed federally-funded nutrition education, food security, and outreach contractors and grantees; she also taught community college nutrition courses. Stephanie holds a Master of Public Health degree from UC Berkeley and a BS in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is also a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist.
Her favorite food? Fresh blueberries.
