Firdaus joined CAFB in 2022 as our Board Liaison. She supports the Board of Directors and CEO. She also assists with the Food ACCESS Conference with the Member Engagement Team. She is currently focused on the Boundless BIPOC Farms Project which aims to bring culturally relevant foods to Bay Area food banks. Her previous work includes over twelve years of experience working with federal and local governments as well as Special Districts. She is a graduate of California State University, East Bay, and holds a Master’s in Public Administration. She also holds a BA in Anthropology and a minor in Ethnic Studies from San Francisco State University. She loves anything that has to do with Metallica and Oakland A’s Baseball.
