Hector joined CAFB in 2007. He works with our CAFB partners in Southern California counties, assisting them with everything from outreach to resolving issues that arise in the eligibility process, to application processing. Previously, he worked for the State of California, Department of Social Services, in a management position for about 33 years. In his time there, he was appointed as an Administrative Law Judge.
He has three degrees: Spanish, Social Work, and a Masters in Public Administration. He has run 7 Los Angeles Marathons, and has traveled all over the world.
His favorite food? The local food!
